- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am up front and straight forward when it comes to pricing. I am the pro. so if say I am doing a new window for you and I see some rotten wood when I look at your project I am going to point it out and let you know there could be issues that arise to add to price to fix it correctly. I will always let you know what your options are and be straight forward on everything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet the owner. Get to know their vision for their project. Go over their options for the project. Select their materials. Agree on a price. Get materials and set up a time to do the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being in the construction industry for so long have several training certificates and classes over the years. Been certified by several large companies such as CertainTeed, Gaf, Revere and lots more for roofing, siding, windows, doors and more. Lead certified. With construction it is always ongoing learning as I like to keep up with newest products in Industry.
