I have known Richard Sperry as a devoted and deeply grateful client. I found his services listed on the Association of Bodywork and Massage Professionals website when I was looking for a specialist in deep tissue work.
He has proved himself to be utterly reliable, an excellent listener, honest, and an outstanding massage therapist. He cares greatly about healing clients. Richard demonstrates the qualities that are imperative to me in a massage therapist: attentiveness to what I want and need; total focus on delivering relief; communicating with me whether his treatment is effective; strength (especially thumbs), stamina, and a knowledge of anatomy. I have been a consumer of deep tissue massage, body work, trigger point for over 32 years. I have gone through four series of rolfing. As an athlete I crave deep tissue work to be able to continue to engage in the sports I enjoy. As someone who works on a laptop all day, I need help easing the tension in my upper back.
Richard Sperry is without qualification the best massage therapist I have ever engaged. He is entirely professional and clearly loves his work.
