Excellent service by someone who is flexible and nimble! We hired her for a final Cleaning after moving out of our townhouse, in preparation for selling it. One obstacle after another arose, on our end, and she rolled with it and offered excellent options. She told us she understood what Realtors expect and she came through for us. Our townhouse was sparkling. We really appreciated the photos she texted us as the project progressed. She’s so good that I’m recommending her to our realtor.

This was the first time Christian cleaned for me. She pointed out many area I had not been cleaning. Christian dusted baseboards, the shower rods, the tops of cabinets, pictures on the wall, ceiling fans, and more. My wood floors are sparkling clean! I am very happy with the service she provided.

We had asked Christian to do a deep cleaning of the fridge, stove, cabinets, wallas, windows, and bathroom. During her 3.5 hour cleaning, she cleaned out the bathroom, fridge, and stove and attempted to clean the cabinets and walls and windows. She said she will have to come back next time with some heavier cleaning equipment to get the rest off. Very sweet, on time, and value was good for the work provided.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I figure according to size of home, number of BR/BA, and what type of cleaning is needed. Deep clean, Standard basic (light, medium, heavy), or a move in/move out. Extras are priced separately. I determine any discounts that can be given.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with the customer about the cleaning project first. I calculate a fair price. I determine any discounts.I give the final price. Arrange a cleaning appointment according to the customers date and time. If I'm not available on that day, I work with them on scheduling a day that works.
