What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair and transparent pricing based on the size of the home and the condition of the air duct system. There are no hidden fees and I always explain the price before starting the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I arrive at the home, the first thing I ask the customer is to show me where the furnace is located. I then explain the cleaning process and begin the work. It helps a lot if customers can make sure I have access to the furnace and all vents in the house before I arrive. During the process I always try to keep everything clean, and my goal is to leave the vents and the area around them even cleaner than when I arrived.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over time I gained a lot of hands-on experience working in many different types of homes and air duct systems. Because of the large number of houses I have serviced, I have seen many different situations and setups, so there are very few surprises for me when it comes to air duct cleaning.
