He arrived exactly when he said he would. He scoped out the job, asked a few questions, and immediately started working. He willingly answered my questions as he worked. When he was done, he went over the fan instruction. Then he carefully cleaned the work area, leaving no mess. He was one of the best tradesmen I've ever had. I'd give him a 5+ rating.
