I have been training with Chitown trainers for several months. I attend the yoga classes and utilize the personal training service. The trainers are extremely professional and competent. The training has been the best training experience I have had because they work at your level and gradually build your tolerance and strength. I have experienced change in my ability to run, lift weight and my balance. I highly recommend their services, they are simply excellent!
As I am a beginner, Tricia has been very patient. She takes time to explain what each exercise does, corrects me when I do it wrong and is a great cheerleader when I finish each session. I would recommend working with her.
Masha is an amazing Yoga instructor! She is very passionate about her work and you can see it by the way she guides you through the class...with patience, calmness, and fun. She explains every move very clearly. When I had a private session with her, she got me so relaxed and at ease that I didn't want to get up from the floor! LOL :) Plus, she gave me an amazing massage at the end that made me feel like I'm sinking into the floor (in the best possible way!). She also does corporate Yoga sessions at my job, and we enjoy it very much. It's very important to relax during working hours to be more productive. And the best way to do so is to have a Yoga session with Masha! She always makes sure everyone is doing it right to get the best results, but at the same time she will never judge or push you. She accepts people for who they are and gives her ALL to people during her Yoga classes! She also has separate Yoga workshops for couples and for parents and kids. I went to one with my son. We had so much fun practicing Yoga poses (the pic attached)! I highly recommend Masha's Yoga classes! If you want to enjoy your work out and get the best out of it, Masha is the one you need!
Ive been taking yoga classes for a few years now and the two classes I took with Samanthia were very significant. She showed me quite a few things that have improved my practice greatly. Jessica is a wonderful personal trainer. I appreciate that she comes to my home and is flexible with my busy work schedule. She incorporates weight training, yoga, Pilates, and high and low intensity cardio. She pushes me appropriately and always seems to know just what I need!

The few days after therapy I noticed less aches and pain in my muscles & joints. I hold a lot of stress related tension in my muscles, so it was great to have some relief. I’ve been going to a chiropractor on and off over the years for lower back tightness. After a friend recommended me to see C. Alexandra I thought I would give it a try. She was very professional and thorough with explaining and demonstrating the poses I needed to do to help my lower back.
