Truly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever experienced. While satisifed with the massage itself, the owner was extremely rude and condescending when I mentioned they might want to consider making their clients aware they have a cat in their home where the massages are performed. I purchased this massage as a gift for my husband. I never gave a second thought to the fact that there could possibly be an animal present during the massage, because frankly, what type of business has animals present and doesn't disclose that when appointments are booked? There was no mention from Jasmin or on the website that there are animals in the house. Statements from Jasmin such as "In the future you may want to ask if there are animals present everywhere he goes" and "I have several clients who are allergic to cats and nobody has ever had an issue before your husband" was the response I received from her which shows her complete lack of professionalism. She made the recommendation that we could use her services at our home in the future, but I would never consider giving her our business again after the way she treats her clients. Very immature...very unprofessional.

I would just like to note we are no longer located inside of the owners home! We have a clean, safe, and professional setting now! The owner has since sought out business coaches and made major lifestyle improvements. Experiences like this will probably never happen again, but we are grateful for learning pains.
