Marko took the time to explain what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He explained that because of my flexible ducts that he was limited in how much cleaning he would be able to do, while I suppose that other companies might just go ahead with the cleaning process and risk damaging someone’s property. I was very satisfied with his attention to detail. Thank you

The technician was very thorough and helpful. He explained exactly what he'd be doing, why he's doing it, what the benefit is, and gave recommendations for future maintenance and repairs. He wanted to make sure that before he left my house, everything was working properly and he performed confirmation tests to do so. He had the most competitive price for his services out of the 4 vendors I solicited proposals from. Highly recommended.
