I just messaged them to confirm for tomorrow’s move. They replied me saying that they can’t do it because their truck is broken. It’s their responsibility to at least inform me this thing or arrange some other truck. If I wouldn’t have messaged them, it would be a disaster for me tomorrow( which is the move date).
This is so unprofessional.

I just reached out to confirm our move for tomorrow. They told me unfortunately they need to cancel because the truck is broken and guys are out of state. I understand how these things can happen, however it would be nice to know before the day I am moving. Especially it would have been nice to find out from them and not just by chance.
