Hiring Treasured moments to coordinate our wedding was such a great decision and we are so glad we did it! Chantel and her team were hired to coordinate month of/day of services. Chantel was extremely efficient, communicative and professional. During the final month before the wedding Chantel scheduled meeting to iron out the fine details of our wedding day and ensure our day ran as smoothly as possible. The day of our wedding Chantel and her assistant arrived way ahead of schedule to begin setting up all our decor and were in constant communication with all our vendors for the day. Chantel and her assistant showed off their creativity setting up our decor. Unfortunately there was a small slip up with our bartending vendor before the reception and Chantel discretely resolved the issue. Amazing! We highly recommend hiring Treasured moments to coordinate any event you are planning. We were extremely impressed with their services!

Chantel was quick to respond and very knowledgeable about what needed to get done for the wedding. My Day of Coordinator, Dahlia, was an absolute angel and made sure anything I requested was done. I couldn't thank them enough. I highly recommend them!

Kiersten took my vision and completely blew us away with her ideas for my bachelorette party. It’s nice to know someone who can put together such an exciting event especially with the pandemic going on and have it come out better then you had envisioned.

Kierstin has a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management and primarily works in events management. Chantel and Kierstin both have many years of meeting and events related experience.
