- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our team has several types of discounts, for example: for pensioners we give 10%, for a Commercial organization we give from 15% to 25%. Also more about discounts customer should contact with me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I get an offer, then I agree with the customers. If the materials are ready, then I start work, at the end I receive rewards
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience with tiles since 2010. I work with different types: Porcelain Ceramic Marble Mosaic Slate Vinyl
