- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I always try to make the process simple, honest, and stress-free: - Initial Contact – You reach out, and we discuss your needs, ideas, or the issue you're facing. - Free Estimate – I’ll take a look (in person or by photos) and provide a free quote with no obligation. - Scheduling – If everything sounds good, we schedule a convenient time that works for you. - Work Begins – I show up on time, complete the job with care and professionalism, and keep you updated throughout. - Review & Payment – You check the work, and we only wrap up once you’re fully satisfied. Payment is due after the job is done (unless otherwise agreed). Follow-Up – I’m available after the job in case you have any questions or need help later. Clear communication and quality work are my top priorities. I treat every home and customer with respect.

I have hands-on experience and real-world training that comes from years of working directly in the field.
