Ken's business is excellent in taking care of your needs in terms of where your fitness level is at and what you are looking to accomplish. They are very realistic with you. Meeting Mike Rundell was the best thing that ever happened to me! He has changed my life in so many ways. He trained me for the better part of three years and in that time he focused on strength training and on nutrition...as many of you may know not a lot of trainers take the time because you are just $$$ but Dr. Mike sincerely cares that you achieve your goal. I started out a plump young lady with close to 30 percent body fat and by the time we were done I was lean and mean at near 18 percent body fat. My experience with Dr. Mike has been top notch...and the things I have learned from him along the way will stay with me forever! Destination Fitness is the best! This is by far the best money I have ever spent! I wasted so much money on health clubs that I never went to. I tried tapes and classes at various clubs and park districts. I never stuck to any plan until I tried Destination Fitness and Jill's team. Jill was so caring and listened to my story. She helped put together a plan and introduced me to her trainer Marty and her Registered Dietitian Melissa. For the first time everything clicked! They did not make me feel like I had to drop and give them 20 push ups. They created fun exercises for me to follow that I actually enjoyed! Melissa the RD was amazing. She listened to me as well and helped me create a menu plan that I could follow on my busy schedule. Ashleigh has provided me with information on how to eat healthier grains, more protein, and less sugar so I can develop better eating habits. I'v noticed since starting the program, that I have more energy, less sugar cravings, and that I'v lost 10 pounds! She has taught me so much about my eating habits and ways I can improve them. I'v been able to educate my mom from the information Ashleigh gave me, so my family's health has also improved drastically. I would definitely recommend Ashleigh as a coach.

This review is after an initial discussion meeting and the first workout session. Diarmuid is a patient, thorough, encouraging instructor. As I performed each exercise he demonstrated or described, he complimented the parts I did correctly, then worked with me (repeatedly on some moves) to get the other parts correct as well, until I was able to do all or most of the reps without mistakes. Diarmuid not only showed concern about my health during the workout session and the initial conversation, but also in his follow up. He created and sent tracking charts, then discussed modifications after observing my ability levels for the various exercises. Although it took me a long time to decide to work with a personal trainer, Diarmuid has made me happy I finally made this decision.
Roger loves what he does. He has a great personality. He is very professional and patient . I have worked with him for seven months now, and I feel accomplished seeing how far I’ve come with his guidance . I went from scheduling appointments once a week to 3-4 days a week . His ability to coach me through the exercises while giving a clear understanding of what and why I’m doing something is awesome. Whenever I reach my goals , he’s always on top of it to effectively modify my workout plan/ routine.

I started following Mila Rascon's nutritional advice about 6 months ago and the results have been amazing. I've lost about 20 pounds from 195 to 175 but more importantly my health has improved. I'm a chron's disease patient so my blood work is monitored every 3 months. My cholesterol is now in the normal range and my liver enzymes which have been elevated for many years are now in the normal range. I highly recommend her services.
