Fabian is a welcoming, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and skilled personal trainer who truly cares about you and your fitness goals. Every session is customized to be productive and efficient, even as your needs change from week to week. His comfortable, clean and well-outfitted studio is a welcome change to the crowd at the club… as is his excellent playlist! I can’t imagine anyone better.

Fabian far exceeds any expectation I've ever had of a personal trainer. I've trained with him for years and learn something new every time. His professionalism, friendliness, vast knowledge and dedication to his craft make him a great fit for someone just starting their fitness journey, someone who has been working at it for years or someone looking to educate themselves on how to safely work out.
Before meeting Fabian I was used to the bro-y 20 year old at the gym always trying to upsell you on some new product. Working with Fabian is what personal training is meant to be. He's warm, friendly, personable and always focused on your individual goals.
Throughout my time working with Fabian, whether it was to gain muscle, lose weight, look leaner or just simply get out of the house and away from the computer, he's always tailored my workout for my specific goals.

Fabian is an awesome personal trainer. Just a few sessions with him and you will already be happy with the knowledge you’ve gained to help you hit the gym more effectively and properly. He’s top class and I’d highly recommend!

I've been training with Fabian for several years. He plans our training sessions specifically for me. Through the years I've been increasingly stronger and more muscular. Fabian has a great personality and is very knowledgeable with how the body works. He sets up goals that are attainable and pushes me beyond when they are attained. Very encouraging and kind. Highly recommended!

Fabián gave me a 15 week long exercise regimen while I was out of state that I had to follow on my own. He monitored and updated my exercise/weight/sets/reps on a weekly basis, held me accountable, and communicated often despite us training virtually. I had the best progress and results training with him and would recommend him to anyone!
