We assess what will make the home salable! I am also a Realtor, but the two jobs are separate. I work with other Realtors as well. If there is more than just what we call decorating details that need attention, we can call in professional carpenters, plumbers, or other professionals who will work with the client personally.
We assess the needs and work with the client to determine what is needed, then pull together the resources to get the job done. We may do the entire job ourselves, the homeowner may choose to do a portion, or we may have to have another professional to do a portion of the job. We always keep the clients' needs foremost in our plan to get the house sold.
