Pure Comfort Heating and Cooling is a local, owner-operated HVAC company in Streamwood, IL. Owner Gene Baldassano has worked in the HVAC trade since graduating HVAC school in 2008, and our NATE and EPA certified team diagnoses and fixes it right the first time. We repair, install and maintain furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, ductless mini-splits and water heaters. You get flat-rate pricing quoted before any work starts, so there are no hourly surprises, and all work is guaranteed. We offer 24/7 emergency service and financing, and serve 29 towns across the northwest suburbs, including Schaumburg, Elgin, Hoffman Estates, Bartlett, Hanover Park and Arlington Heights.

I contracted with Pure Comfort for a new Lennox furnace and A/C system and it was a great experience... from the day it was quoted. The techs were on-time and friendly and had no problem answering any questions that we had. They walked us through the job scope after they were finished and thoroughly explained operating the new system and they also cleaned up the worksite before they left. This local company gets it and it's obvious that customer satisfaction is important to them. I would not hesitate to recommend Pure Comfort!

I recently had a new Lennox HVAC system installed and had a very positive experience from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the system and answer my questions.The installation was completed neatly and professionally, and everything was tested before they left.
