I make sure I give you the best possible price to get the job done with great quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself, conduct a free inspection, explain the job, details, timing, challenges. I make sure the customer understands clearly what will be done. I address their concerns if any, answer their questions. Then I plan the work, and I deliver to my promise no matter what.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed Bachelor of Science. I had 6 months "renovation mastery" training.
