Our pricing is based on the size, the condition of the home, and the type of cleaning needed. There are no hidden fees. Customers always receive the final price before the cleaning begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by asking about the customer’s home and what areas they want cleaned. We then give a clear estimate that explains what our service includes. On the cleaning day, we arrive on time, confirm instructions, and start the cleaning. Before finishing, we make sure every room looks complete and the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands on experience with residential cleaning, safe use of cleaning products, sanitation, and deep cleaning tasks such as ovens, fridges, and interior windows, base boards and empty closets. We focus on cleaning thoroughly and carefully to ensure consistent results.
