Jim is very knowledgeable about what needs done, and will be honest. I had an assortment of issues and he was able to tell me which ones he could handle quickly and effectively. Specially, my toilet, some insulation covering for baby proofing, and a strange issue with my light are all handled. All are exactly as I had hoped, working. His rates are very reasonable and he's even tolerant of my very loud, large dogs. 10/10 :)

Jim was professional and detailed in completing our project. He asked good questions at the start so he could get a firm understanding of what we needed to be done and then kept a focus on doing the job. Very friendly and easy to deal with, and a good value. I will use Jim again when needed.
