I have never hired movers before and I have to say that I was VERY pleased with Rob’s Jobs. The movers were on time, early even. They took great care to make sure every piece of furniture was wrapped and properly cared for. I had a lot of mirrored furniture that was moved and every single piece arrived unbroken and unscratched. I definitely recommend them and will recommend them to anyone that I know is moving anytime soon. The job took longer than expected, however it was well worth it in the end. They made my move 1000x easier for me. They unassembled and reassembled several pieces of furniture when they arrived at my house. The movers were professional and courteous. I had been quoted outrageous prices by other moving companies, and even with the “overage” Rob’s Jobs was competitive. I would highly recommend Travis and his crew for any moving needs. With my recent move I had a very nice experience with him. Travis himself visited my house ahead of time to provide me with an accurate and realistic quote for my move. On the day of the move they arrived on time and were very thorough and organized with the job. They took care of securely packing, loading, transporting and unloading the furniture and all the booxes. After agreeing on a contract for them to move my house for $175, they confirmed an 8:00am start at our location. I called them at 8:15am and Eddie said they thought it was for 10:00am and will get back to me and hurry up to get there sooner than 10:00am. That was the last I heard from them after multiple text and phone calls to Eddie. Unfortunately, I had to rent a truck and do it myself with friends and family helping me and it was back breaking. No apologies, no return calls from them even after 3 days. You'd be a fool hire them because they are the cheapest which I've learned the hard way. They are completely unreliable and shouldn't be in business, period.

Derrick was incredibly polite. He showed up 22 mins ahead of the stated appointment time. My belongings were handled with care. He finished the move within the slotted time and I was very impressed. The only area for opportunity to enhance the experience would be responsiveness. Due to the high demand for his service and level of professionalism that he provides, I could tell he needs to add a customer service employee to his staff, to handle call backs and confirming appointments. Derrick is awesome and does it all. I completely understood when I would get a return phone call at 7pm or tge best day. Derrick, Granat LLC, was definitely worth every penny. I’m glad I chose him.
