- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lessons - to keep our rates as low as we can, everyone must be on auto-pay, which runs on the 3rd of each month. We just ask 24 hours advance notice for an excused cancellation; limit 1 per month. For more, check out our studio policies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For signing up for lessons, we encourage you to stop into the store any day of the week, so we can give you a tour, walk-through the studio policies, and get all the paperwork squared away. No appointment necessary, although it is handy. Our lesson coordinator works every day, except Fridays and Sundays.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our teachers have a music degree and/or extensive teaching experience. We value having a team with diverse backgrounds, musical experiences, and teaching approaches.
