I’m really glad I chose him for my home inspection. From the moment we started, he was attentive and took the time to thoroughly go through the house instead of just rushing through the inspection. He explained things as he found them, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what was important and what wasn’t something I needed to worry about. He was very approachable and easy to talk to, which made the whole process much less stressful, especially as a first-time homebuyer. I also appreciated how considerate and respectful he was of the home. I genuinely felt like he cared about doing a good job and making sure I knew exactly what I was getting into. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants an inspector they can trust.

Jason was terrific and very thorough, with pictures, descriptions, and levels of need to address the different issues he found. He was very knowledgeable, and was happy to talk with us about different options about how to proceed with repairs and improvements. I highly recommend him!
