1 Session- $80-$100 5 Sessions- $350-$450 10 Sessions- $750-$900 Range based on length of session and distance travelled
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically do a 15 -20 minute complimentary consultation via phone or Skype. Typically, in the the consultation process, I ask a lot of questions. (budget, time dedicated to themselves, goals etc) Naturally, prospective clients have a lot of questions for me too. This information gathering stage is critical in creating the best solutions package for my future client. At the end or the consultation, we will decide whether or not it makes sense for us to do business together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S in Exercise Science and a B.S. in Psychology I am an M.A.T. Specialist (Muscle Activation Technique) I am an ACE Certified Health Coach I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer I have my AHA CPR and AED certification as well
