Amor in Motion did a wonderful job filming our wedding! I could not have chosen a better videographer and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a videographer for their wedding/event!
Prior to the day, Israel was very available to meet and discuss any concerns regarding details about the big day or any special wishes we had for the video. Israel also had a lot of great ideas of his own for our video. It was great to have a videographer with so many creative ideas, but also listened to our input.
We got married on February 1st, 2014 (for those who weren't in Chicago, it snowed a lot that morning). Israel and Tim were on time and they did great working with the weather- my husband and I had the perfect winter wedding! They were very professional and worked great with the photographers we hired to get shots of my husband and I. They were very easy going with where we wanted to go to take photos and worked well with each location! They were great at being prepared and giving directions to make us look our best so we had very little thinking/preparing to do, which, with the hectic nature of the day was a great relief!
Post-wedding, they worked with us to get the video to be perfect! They worked with us to choose the perfect song for our video, and then did a great job editing the highlight video!
Overall, I would highly recommend Amor in Motion! They were very professional, always available to chat and made our day perfect! Their preparation pre-event and knowledge of filming and editing made our job easy throughout the whole process! They did a wonderful job of capturing our snowy winter wedding and the best part is that we were able to sit back and enjoy! They went above and beyond to make our day perfect!

Each one of us has a purpose, a destined duty in this life that we carry out for reasons that may not seem clear at first. Some of us are here to serve as the shoulder for someones tears, or as the hand that is that is stretched out for one who needs it. My name is David Rivera, and I truly believe that I was sent here to marry the most beautiful, most considerate and genuine person I have ever met in my entire life. She is my balance, my motivation, and truly the center of my focus.
Ok ok WHERES THE REVIEW RIGHT??!!! I never thought that anyone will understand that Love I have for her. But
fortunately there are the gifted few whose purpose is to capture these exact moments, so that these moments can live forever. Amor In Motion not only captured this commanding love in video, they captured our characters, our personality, our city and our loved ones. Anything that meant something to us in the wedding was captured!! They were so the perfect piece, it felt as if we had known them forever. The video was honestly perfect. Sorry for getting carried away, watching the video makes me relive that day. Each clip in the video matched with each note in the song that we chose. As an artist in music, I know very well that the lyrics have to complement the instrumental in order to make in a great song. Al Greens Love and Happiness for example, or Adeles Rolling in the Deep. Videography is an art as well and these guys definitely know what they are doing. We are still impressed every time we watch it. The shots were dramatic when they needed to be and dynamic at the right parts as well. Everyone we know said they watched it over and over again.
To say that they accomplished the task is an understatement. I suggest anyone getting married to strongly consider Amor in Motion as an element to the day you will never forget. Then again, considering we all get old and forget things THE WEDDING VIDEO IS A MUST!!!! The prices were at the top of our list after all our homework was done considering the video and all the extras.
Remember, the only things that matter in Life, are Love and Laughter. Its no wonder her name is Lisa

There are not enough positive things to say about Amor in Motion and the team. Initially, my husband and I were not going to hire a videographer due to time, budget, etc. We happened to stumble across Amor in Motion through Wedding Wire's website. We watched a couple of their videos and absolutely fell in love. This was less than a month before our wedding, and we feared they wouldn't have our date available. Low and behold, they were available and were even offering a special. Karis, the communication guru of the team, organized a Skype session for us to talk to Israel, the artist in charge. I was expecting just a brief run-through of what we wanted, but was surprised with a near hour-long conversation with Isra about the look of the video that we wanted, adjectives to describe us as a couple, and the feeling and emotion that we wanted to evoke in our video. He was very articulate and detailed about his work and helped us feel comfortable with how this would all work. The day of the wedding, the guys were punctual, a blast to hang out with, and made everyone feel very comfortable. We laughed, we cried, we enjoyed every moment of their presence. At times, I even forgot they were there filming us, everything was so fluid and natural---they felt like family there to celebrate the joyous day with us, rather than a team we had just met! And once we saw the Highlight film---there were just no words. We were blown away at the accuracy of capturing EXACTLY what we had asked for. All of the important family members that we wanted ensure were in it, were there. All of the small details I had planned and added to make our wedding truly unique were captured. The emotion and raw feeling I wanted were spot on. It took us back to those same powerfully moving emotions we felt that day. They were quick to contact us when film footage was being edited to help us choose a song for the highlight film. The whole process was seamless and we feel incredibly blessed to have found Amor in Motion. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a videographer. You will undoubtedly be just as thrilled as we are!

I cannot say enough great things about Amor in Motion! Israel is extremely talented, very reliable and an absolute joy to work with. We actually hired a different videographer at first, but he was so unresponsive in the days leading up to the wedding, that I became nervous and instead went with Amor in Motion. Since it was a last minute change, I realized on my wedding day that I hadnt even confirmed what time the videographers would show up! I was unable to locate their number to call, but sure enough, they showed up before I even expected them!
Throughout the entire day, Israel captured so many clever and unique shots. Usually when photographers and videographers film a wedding in our church for the first time, it tends to be overwhelming and they need lots of direction. Well, as you guessed, I didnt have a chance to go over anything with them beforehand, but it turns out they didnt even need it! They were so professional and knew exactly how to handle this new situation.
Now to the best part
the highlight film. Im completely blown away at how beautiful it turned out! Like I said, Israel is extremely talented!! It turned out so much better than I couldve imagined. When I showed it to my family, I couldnt even hear the music because everyone kept shouting out, this is the best wedding video ever! or this is so amazing! It truly is a piece of art. Im so thankful to Amor in Motion for making our wedding day and memories perfect!

I recently got the proof for my Amor in Motion video, and my responding email can be summed up pretty simply with an "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
It's beautiful. And while Amor is the sort of vendor I distinctly enjoyed having around on my wedding day (Israel is so kind, friendly and genuine!), I was amazed to see so many glorious, stolen moments were captured, in a ninja-like fashion. Moments I remember being important, without knowing they were also being filmed!
But the true greatness of my personalized video does not lie in separate, well-captured moments. What is really special is that the video exactly reflects how the whole day felt. Truly. I think it takes a lot of heart to edit so instinctively - and Amor is true to its namesake here. More profound than their killer editing skills are their great big hearts that know what love looks like, and how to celebrate it in film.
I am so, so happy and grateful for Israel and my Amor in Motion video! You will be too!
