- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a new client, I like to go over what was originally discussed through email, text, phone call, or via thumbtack. I want to make sure that I really understand what the client needs from me so I can better serve them. I like to go over price again just so there are no misunderstandings. Lastly, I will go over the products I use, in case there are any allergies, or products that a client may be sensitive. I like to get to know every client as if he/she was a canvas that I am about to paint. I need to know if they have dry or oily skin so I can plan accordingly. Once I have the base information about a clients skin and make sure that all pricing and such has been discussed, then I will begin doing the clients makeup.
