We also work regularly with real estate investors on flips and rehabs, turning distressed properties around on tight timelines.
Beyond that, we specialize in multi-family work: apartment turnovers and bank-mandated inspection repairs for apartment complexes, senior living facilities, and affordable housing properties. With all-trades capability — structural, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire safety — we complete lender-required repairs on or ahead of the mandated timeline, so owners stay compliant and protected.

We require a 30% deposit to schedule work and provide clear, itemized pricing, so you always know what you're paying for.
