- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sometimes it takes time to get quality work as some jobs take longer then others. You get what you pay for most of the time. Cheap shit ain't good, good shit ain't cheap to a degree. All price are negotiable, but you can also haggle the prideful work right out of your preferred contractor. But we all can be competative as long as theres pride in their work
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First process would be to call customer to find out details of job and schedule an day to come put for estimate. Then after both parties agree on price a contract will be documemted for the customers and contractors protection. With agreed upon date and material list the job will proceed immediately as long as schedule permits .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have tons of training and certificates with licenses In many fields. I'm a jack of all trying to master all. I learn something new everyday and don't mind customers feedback. In fact it make me smarter everyday.
