Computer Troubleshooters was wonderful in helping me with my personal computer. We were beginning to think it was nothing more than an expensive paperweight, but Feras was able to bring it back to life and my kids LOVE it!

I have had the pleasure of doing business with them on a couple of occasions. I have found them to be honest, on time and does not upsell you on things not required to correct your problem. If you have computer problems or needs I would highly recommend them.

I had gotten my computer hacked and malware installed. He uninstalled all the malicious software, installed new anti-virus software, and updated the system to Windows 8.1. He finished earlier than expected, took the time to turn on the computer and explain what he did, and all for a reasonable price. My computer is still working great!

    make sure they have a real location, have experience and prior serviced customers to back it up, and guarantee their work. price should be the last thing on your mind as in this industry you truly get what you pay for!

    computer systems are inherently complex and not easy to diagnose and work on, and as such we have continual education to stay on top of our profession and provide all solutions to all of our customers. that translates into heavy investment in information so customers should understand when we can't just tell them what to do for free!~
