After more than nine years of participation in Toastmasters, I'm putting my experience to the test. And after more than 30 years in recovery from powerlessness over alcohol, I decided to make my "mess" my message.
As we all do, I have a ton of stories, antidotes, and relatable tales to tell as a means to inspire, uplift, and engage a wide cross-section of audiences. Add to this the fact that I took a giant leap in 2014 to leave corporate America and launch AT THE CORE was and is nothing short of miraculous.

The value that Neil brings to his sessions - large and small - is unmatched. His expertise and experience is evident in both his speaking and movement sessions. If you and/or your team or company is looking for a leader to motivate and reinvigorate, Neil is your person. We will absolutely have Neil back to speak at our company and teach yoga and breathing sessions. Our team can’t get enough!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'll offer three-tiered investment options so you can see different offering levels.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First - a brief, informal discussion/connection to determine if we resonate with each other at an energetic and emotional level. Next - if this first impression (either virtually or in-person) "feels" right, we'll move to a more formal "intake" process that dives deeper into purpose, values, expectations, and more.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've achieved Advanced Communicator - Silver (ACS) inside the Toastmasters International organization and locally via the Classic Communicators Club. I have accumulated more then 1,000 hours of yoga instruction along with 200-hour teaching certification. One of my most favorite "designations" is 30 years alcohol-free following a 12-Step recovery program from Alcoholics Antonymous. I graduate from the University of Georgia in 1983 with a degree in journalism.
