This girl is exceptional!!! She's an extremely hard worker and knows what she's doing!! Of course, she's friendly and accommodating and that's wonderful, but more importantly, she loves what she's doing which makes her really good at it!! AND, she cleaned out my garage in COLD weather! I'm getting my home cleaned up and ready to put on the market, and come to find out, Tailored Spaces also does "staging" and she had lots of advice to help me get my house sold. BTW, this review is completely unbiased. She was not previously a friend of mine, but she is now!! Could not have been better and I'll use her again, no doubt in my mind!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Each project is so different, so there's never a way for me to know how many hours it will take me until I assess the area. However, I won't know exactly until I'm in the midst of the project.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First we will have an initial meeting where I assess the area. This typically takes around 30 minutes. I take measurements and we go over your goals and expectations. The day I come we declutter the area and then I begin my organizing. That's when I can have a better estimate of how much time it will take me. Decluttering is the longest time I find. Some people can easily get rid of things, and others it takes quite a while. So I never know until we begin the work together.
