I just love my sweet Trainer Bob. (Except for when he makes me accountable ! ) Lol He really addresses all aspects of living a healthy lifestyle . He gets to the core reason you aren't losing weight. He doesnt just put u on a machine and count reps. He is very kind and patient. He never discourages you. It's a joy to go to my training sessions with him. Bob is awesome. Looking for strength training, weight loss and lifestyle change. He is working in each aspect at my pace. Accountability is the best part. Twice a week we review nutrition and cardio. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Basically my rates very depending on location and package discounts. Rates range from $35.00 to $95 an hour. I will always work a deal to make it affordable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, every few years I participate in either personal workshops or online continuing Ed certifications. At last count, I have over 17 credentials.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My sister passed away from a heart attack at age 23 and my dad from a heart attack as well. I realize that I might have a genetic predisposition so I started researching Health and wellness. I was a full-time design engineer who later became a full-time personal trainer. I'm still a part-time engineer, but my passion is helping people with health related issues and improving their lifestyle.
