- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $40 to do quotes. This includes your flight, hotel, and overall stay (i.e. excursions or dining reservations). I initially provide 3 quotes, then can change and edit as many times as you need. If you’re doing a FLIGHT ONLY, I will also charge a $40 service fee for NATIONAL and $80 for INTERNATIONAL.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer doing an online form and speaking with you over the phone. I love getting to know my clients and their preferences. This also helps YOU decide if I am the right travel agent for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do training within my affiliate, Archer Travel. I also do yearly trainings through places like Disney and Universal to keep you the most up-to-date on the best traveling experience.
