So, every summer (this is the 3rd) our AC unit failed to keep the home cool when really hot - temps of 80 to 90 when the outside temp is @100. Every year a technician failed to solve the problem and we limp through late summer. Billy solved the problem in less than 20 minutes. Airflow obstruction due to filter, a 45-degree angle on vent, and drain leak. Currently, the home is staying at 71 - problem solved. We could not be happier with the professionalism and high quality of the work. 100% recommend Billy and his team!
