Within a couple of hours, there was a technician onsite diagnosing the problem. They notified me of the issue and told me they could resolve the problem that moment. Their pricing was very fair and I accepted. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. I didn’t feel any “sales pitch” from him at all. I felt that he sincerely wanted to help resolve my issue. After it was all fixed, I called and spoke with their service manager. He thanked me for calling and gave me his direct number. They definitely seem to have an amazing culture! I would give them 5 out of 5 stars and would highly recommend them!!!"See more

Rashaad Jones of Quality HVAC Care responded immediately to my inquiry on Thumbtack to repair my air conditioning system, even though it was late on a Sunday. Mr. Jones carefully diagnosed the problem, determined the course of repair and the parts required. Mr. Jones made the correct diagnosis and did not try to up-sell my wife and I to a brand new system as had been attempted by another air conditioning company I called prior to using Thumbtack to hire Quality HVAC Care. Mr. Jones is an honest businessman that provides excellent service and repair for exactly what is required. Mr. Jones returned promptly the next morning (Monday) with the part and went above and beyond in executing the repair. I have abandoned the previous air conditioning company, and have now hired Mr. Jones and Quality HVAC Care to perform routine servicing our air conditioning systems require (our home is serviced by two a/c units). Kevin did amazing work installing our new AC unit and handler. He ran new lines through the attic so we did not have to disturb our concrete patio, saving us a lot of time and money.
