- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Computer repair pricing can vary greatly based on the issue at hand. That is why we offer free diagnostics first. We check it out, then we give you a quote to fix it. You can then choose whether or not to have us repair your system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It seems like everyday technology is changing, so yes, we strive to keep up on technology, safety issues and other areas of the field that can help us to effectively and efficiently serve our customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been fascinated with computers, and it's something that I've always enjoyed working on. It made sense to use what I enjoy doing as my profession.
