- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is very different and pricing is determined by the time I will be on the job. I do not up charge on materials and offer free estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule an estimate and come out to talk with you to see exactly what you want then send you an estimate via email and then we set up a start date if we agree on the terms.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by many different tile professionals over the last 17 years and worked with many different types of customers.
