- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received a degree in computer network systems, so my interests tend to keep me updated with the latest technologies.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always loved taking things apart to analyze its inner workings and fixing broken devices. At one point in time, I felt that computers were complex machine used to get to learn, so I decided that what better way to satisfy that doubt than to make technology my career field of choice.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of services that I provide our malware and virus removals, hardware replacements, and some network connectivity issues.
