We're so happy I chose Hu's yo help us out on our wedding day. Our wedding involved a lot of DIY and disconnected components. I dont have a single bad thing to say. They were amazing in every sense of the word. Here is some of what we needed help with: - making sure the whole space was set up and ready to go on the day of the wedding. - setting up the buffet and keeping it stocked with food. - descreatly working in the reception area while the ceremony went on in the same room - transforming the ceremony space into the dance floor. - keeping the space clean by cleaning up any spills, taking out the trash, and taking used plates from guests. - managing the bar and keeping it stocked,. - taking down the whole operation within one hour so the room looked like we had never been there. They did it all and probably did more things I'm forgetting to list. They made our whole wedding flow perfectly. No matter what kind of party you're throwing, I'm certain these guys will do an amazing job.

Church had to set up with decorations for a wedding which was done and Marvalous job she did... Then she had to decorate the hall which they only Gave her an hour... And with that hour she worked her magic and did a BEE TEE FUL and AMAZING JOB..LOVE YOU AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME, suggestions and conerns... We cannot say enough great things about Heidi and highly recommend her wedding services to any other couples! Heidi served as our wedding coordinator in September 2017 and she was worth her weight in gold so that we could have a relaxing and elegant wedding. Thanks to Heidi we were able to truly enjoy our time with all of our guests many of whom had traveled from Europe and across the US to be with us. On the day of the wedding Heidi did an incredible and efficient job running our early morning rehearsal which immediately put everyone participating in the ceremony at ease. She and her two assistants were then present at our venue throughout the day coordinating the vendors as they arrived, setting up decor, and bringing us our bouquets for photos. She even sent me a few photos of the cake and decor as sneak peeks as we were out and about all day with our wedding party. Once we arrived at the venue everything looked absolutely perfect and she even had water set up for the wedding party as we got ready to walk down the aisle (she also had water, snacks, pain killers and whatever else anyone needed!). During the evening wedding Heidi kept everything to schedule and moved the guests seamlessly throughout the venue from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to dinner to dancing. She worked closely with the photographer, caterer, and musicians to make sure everything went to plan. If anything went wrong during the day or evening we did not know about it! At the end of the wedding she and her two assistants packed up all our boxes of decor/cake/leftover alcohol and took it to our hotel so our family and friends were able to go back to their hotels or to the after party with no worries. In addition to the actual wedding day, Heidi was wonderful from day one. After we decided to work together we met with Heidi early in the summer and showed her around our venue. A couple of weeks before the wedding she also came to our final walkthrough with our caterer. We also had multiple check-in calls the week leading up to the wedding to go through final details. During the week before the wedding she was in touch with all of our vendors to introduce herself and to work out any details which took all vendor management out of our hands. In short, we had a very detailed schedule and notes of how we wanted our wedding to run and look and Heidi executed it with precision and even helped us think of details we might not have thought of ourselves. We had 60 guests and wanted a personal, professional, and elegant Chicago wedding. So many guests commented on how smoothly everything went during the day and how much they enjoyed the pace and look of the evening. We were a very happy bride and groom!

We started to plan our wedding three weeks before the set date. We had a small wedding and did not think it would require much of the preparation. When we finally set down to talk about the details, we got overwhelmed with all the things we had to do. We've realized that even though the wedding is small, we still needed the same services as for a big wedding, such as photographer, music, officiant, entertainment, flowers, cake, food, etc, etc... The time was of an essence. We decided to hire a wedding planner. It was the BEST decision! She saved our wedding. I don't think we could have done so much work with such limited timeframe. Holly was responsive to us at any time of the day and night, professional, very resourceful, had great suggestions and ideas. The wedding turned out to be beautiful. All guests commented how well our wedding was put together. We were very grateful for Holly's services. One of our guests who got recently engaged, hired Holly as her wedding planner. I would recommend Holly to any of my friends. Not to mention, Holly's services are very reasonably priced. The entire experience was beyond any of my expectations, and I always have high standards for the things I do and services I get.

I originally thought I was going to DIY my wedding but when Charlene answered my request I knew that was going to be the best decision I ever made to hire her. IT WAS! I am so glad I did not DIY my wedding. I would give Elegant Wedding Design 100 stars! She made my special wedding day more perfect than I could have ever imagined. People in my family were second guessing the event space I had chosen because it was small and they couldn't see the vision that I had. Charlene truly transformed the space into a beautiful, elegant and luxurious wedding venue. Every single one of my guests were blown away and in awe as soon as they stepped into the ceremony and saw Charlene's magical beauty she created. She was so engaging, kind and truly made sure every detail of my vision was accomplished. She gave great ideas and expertise. I trusted every decision she made. I love that she owned all of her own materials and had the perfect matching color for our wedding scheme. She did a site walk thru and planned everything with a layout. Her text and email correspondence was great! I could write two pages about how amazing she is and how you really need to make sure she is handling your wedding decor and design. As soon as my first phone call with her I could tell in my spirit she would make all of my dreams come true. and she did! I had the complete piece of mind from the moment I hired her. I was even worried because I WASNT worried about anything. She is like the fairy godmother that transformed Cinderella! I give her my highest review possible! Elegant Wedding Design is the best!

We had a great experience with Ramzi and Stephen. They were super flexible at adapting their work to what we needed and in changing plans as the venue/circumstances of the wedding changed. Great Value and Trustwothy I was hesitant in the beginning coz of the money and my budget. Too many expenses.. From cake, DJ, floral, planners, favors, balloons, and all rental stuff. I just feel like my budget is too low, I'm glad I still give it a try and get multiple quotes to compare. I came across iMktg Events, their quote is somewhat high so I did ignore it at first coz I got 2 quotes already lower than her. But just instinct, I did open it just to read it through. I was so surprised that she pretty much quoted me for the prices for different vendors besides what service she provided. Please take note I did add on my inquiry my struggles with different vendor prices and coordination, I feel overwhelmed by too many.. iMktg Events does indeed offer everything. Anything you need in your party! floral, decorator, sweets, favors, invitations, rentals, DJ, balloons, vendor management, photo booth, and photography. Izza and her team are amazing. I saved at least 36% from all vendor quotes I got from the different company. Trust me that 36% is no joke. It's a lot of money plus I feel more relaxed thinking I don't have to communicate to any vendor and write multiple checks. As the day comes, my birthday and wedding, it was gorgeous! Everything is what I hoped for and dream for. This company made and my husband so happy. Btw, I hired them for my birthday celebration and wedding.

Izza and her team were the absolute fantastic to work with! My husband and I hired iMktg Services for full planning services, which entailed everything from monthly in-person check-ins, decorations, guest list, invitations and pretty much everything that you need at your big day. Izza was absolutely incredible at keeping us organized and helping us stick to our schedule. She immediately got to know us as a couple and was able to provide spot on recommendations and advice for all of the thousands of decisions that go into planning a modern christening. If you need a wedding planner, don't even bother looking further! She is one best event planner that will go beyond your expectations. (wink..wink she actually gives a lot of freebies on our event, items and services) What else could you ask for? oh wait, before I forgot, she is young, smart and has a good professional background. where do I start !!!! Bre was awesome her team was awesome and that's all you need to know! I am a first time bride as well as a control freak !!! And I will tell you that she made me so comfortable!!! SHE KNOWS her craft , leave the planner to her seriously she knows what would make your wedding POP she has a great creative eye and she has the ability to match your vision with hers... she doesn't always pick up when you call but SHE WILL CALL YOU BACK ! she's extremely professional and booking her will give you a ONE STOP SHOP , she has an awesome team behind her and if you need anything im quite she she can get (she has a guy lol), her Dj is awesome , her design squad is awesome , and I'm just all around pleased with her service !

We got married on New Years Eve 2016. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful our wedding was. Anna Lisa is amazing. From flowers, center pieces, table decor and much more she was a pleasure to work with. Through out the process Anna Lisa made sure we were stress free as well as checking in to make sure we were happy with how things would turn out. I can sometimes be a little indecisive, so when it came to picking things out Anna Lisa was right there to make us feel like we were making the right decisions. I shared my ideas with Anna Lisa and she is so creative she was able to create something even better. She was very accommodating and and professional. She made us feel confident that our wedding day would turn out beautiful. I recommend Anna Lisa to everyone I know!

Initially, Laura of Where 2 R Gathered was hired as my Event Decorator. However, she subsequently became our Wedding Coordinator. My initial consultation with Laura was held on October 2, 2016. Laura provided me and my now husband with a detailed timeline to help make our dream possible. Laura identified vendors for cake, food, flowers and makeup. She researched customs pertaining to my husband's Nigerian culture. She was professional and punctual for all appointments with the wedding party and vendors. She provided unlimited consultation via telephone, text and email. She helped us fulfill our theme within our budget. She met with the music director to ensure the music was executed properly. She provided us with a suggested list to provide to the photographer. We are exceedingly satisfied with services provided by Where 2 R Gathered.

    From our first meeting to the day of the wedding, Mysi went above and beyond to create the vision I had for my wedding flowers and decor! Her knowledge of all of the millions of flowers and plant types was so impressive. She even knew what type of flower I wanted based off of a doodle I made when trying to describe the type of flower I was thinking about! The arrangements and bouquets she made were perfect, and I knew that even if I didn't give her a picture of something, she would create something beautiful because she understood the overall "feel" that I wanted to create for my wedding. I've recommended her to every bride I know who needs a florist, and I would use her again in a heartbeat!

    I hired Leticia for my Chicago wedding in April. She was amazing! She was very affordable and made our bouquets and boutteniers beautifully! She even stopped by the wedding some weeks earlier to pick up the vases I wanted to use for the table centerpiece flowers. She really did a great job and I would hire her again! The only drawback was that she was late to set the flowers up for the rehearsal immediately following the ceremony so she came in during the ceremony. Oh well, Chicago traffic can be horrible sometimes.

    Creating Special Events did a white "wet look" vinyl dance floor covering for our wedding this past Saturday. We organized the details here on Thumbtack and via email. Leading up the big day, they were great at keeping in communication and checking in along they way. On wedding day, they came in right on time to install the floor, however due to a number of issues w/ the venue, it wasn't ready for them to start. They stayed in touch with us via phone and got started as soon as they were able. Thankfully it was completed in time for our reception to start (again, only late due to factors beyond their control!). The floor looked amazing, and we got a ton of compliments on it that night and later. Picked up the uplighting and photographed great. By the end of the night, there were only a few scuff marks (which was to be expected with all the dancing and kids running all over it). I expected them to come in the morning to remove the floor, but was surprised to see them there after midnight when the party was over to take it away. Can't say enough good things--we got a great deal on a high quality floor, awesome customer service, and they went above and beyond to do what they could to make things work when the venue failed us. Erika even helped to keep us calm and assure us everything would be OK when we were in a last minute rushed panic :) The floor was a perfect addition to our sci-fi-themed wedding and really made a big impact on the overall look of the reception room. Thank you! (Picture note: We haven't gotten our pro pics back, so this was the best shot of an empty dance floor we had on hand at this point)

She was very patient and understanding with me as I changed my mind numerous times about what I wanted.
