FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private lessons are $80per hour Semi private ( 2 kids at a time ) $55 each. Team lessons and camps are negotiable for each situation. We also have a referral program
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We play catch for 5 minutes, to warm the body up and to look for mechanical flaws. We then get on the mound for 55 minutes, with water breaks in between. We work exclusively on pitching not Drills! How to use the lower body and NOT the arm….the arm comes along for the ride. I explain to the parent what we are looking at and how the process works. We want the entire family involved so that nothing will be missed. We educate the parents…get them involved as well. The more eyes the better. We spend a lot of time working on the Mental aspect of the game. Our college kids I talk to weekly or text, about the last outing and how do we improve? Why was our pace slow….or fast.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended many pitching camps and clinics over the years. They have gotten so bad that for the past 10 years I only go to hitting camps or clinics. The hitting instructors teach me what the batters are attempting to do, what their thought process is. I am a member of the ABCA, American Baseball Coaches Association and the American Baseball Biomechanics Society. I have trained Pitchers in 17 States and helped a handful of baseball organizations around the Country. For 2 years I was Indiana State Director of Amateur Baseball Report.
