- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Classes: $25 drop-in/pay-as-you-go rate OR purchase 1, 2 or 3 months. Private Lessons: $40/hr for up to 3 hours (and can include up to 3 people), discounts given after 3 hours. Performances: Generally, these are called bellygrams which are done for a maximum of 20 minutes and start at $125 and can range up to $400.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly training with well-known professionals and dancers who've been in the business for many years. Currently undergoing certification in teaching and performing with Zahra Zuhair.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I graduated from college, I came across Layla and she wanted to teach me. I figured it was something to do to keep me occupied until I found something in my line of work. I guess this was it! Because once I began, I was hooked and new this is what I wanted to do with my life.
