- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price very competitively! Although we can’t guarantee to beat all other prices we do guarantee we will try to at least match them if we are higher! We are far from the most expensive option, so we offer a very good value at an affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try to connect via a phone call or text to set up a time where we can bring some samples to them directly. We then let the client look through what we have brought. Upon making a decision, we measure the areas to be refloored and give a quote based on the size measured, and product they picked!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started working in the field as a teenager - so it was my first “real” job!
