Chef Julia is amazing! We reached out to her because we were tired of Doordashing while on parental leave. Chef Julia took on menu planning, grocery shopping, and cooking delicious, nutritious meals for us. We're so grateful that she gave us time back to spend with our new little one!

She catered our wedding 2 years ago and had her back to cook in our home! Hands down the best at-home experience. I would rather pay her than go out for dinner! The attention to detail of everything was incredible and the food couldn’t have tasted better. Can’t wait until she comes back!

We had 3 events for 35 people over a 24 hour period that Bertocci Inferno provided high quality catering with personal touch creativity. Julia was responsive and a delight to work with along the way. I highly recommend for a future event. Julia and Kaylee did a wonderful job setting up the events. Feedback from our all family and friends was great; food was excellent.

    Hiring me as your Personal Chef? I’ll take the time to understand your needs. With a focus on nutrition, I can modify any recipe for a specific diet or simply be “healthy”. I can also go full tilt and cook to impress, cutting no corners, while providing the most indulgent and pleasurable experience. We can conquer anything, but my specialties are authentic Mexican, Asian and Indian cuisines - I love to cook food that sings! As your personal chef, I will meet with you to learn your tastes and dietary preferences to create a fully customized menu. I will shop for groceries and prepare the meals in your home. I will be responsible for safe packaging, labeling, and storage of prepared items in your fridge or freezer, and putting away all ingredients. I will also provide you with simple reheating or preparation instructions. -- Hiring me for Culinary Classes? Have you tried something amazing at a restaurant you want to learn to cook at home? Wondering why sometimes even though you follow a recipe it doesn’t turn out the way you hoped?   • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Hi, I’m Julia Bertocci. I love to cook. There’s no greater pleasure than making food for the ones we love. This has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I come from a long line of amazing Italian cooks who cared about fresh ingredients, taste and healthy eating. I remember sitting in my mother’s kitchen and watching everything she did. There were no recipes—ingredients were added until it was “just right”. I love teaching. It began when friends would call for tips and advice. I started teaching officially about ten years ago in conjunction with my personal chef services. I very much believe in the “teach a person how to fish” philosophy.
