- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is very simple actually. We have three different types of packages: the Bath Only Package, the Full Groom Package, and our Premium Groom Package. Our Bath Only Package includes a bath with our high quality Aloe & Oatmeal Shampoo, conditioner with Aloe & Oatmeal Conditioner (if the groomer feels it would benefit the pet's hair coat, a good blow-dry and brush out, a nail trim and a good cleaning of the ears with our Aloe Vera Ear Cleaner. Our Full Groom Package includes all the services listed above in addition to a breed specific hair cut or a full groom based on the client's specifications. Our Premium Groom Package includes all of the services listed above in addition to nail filing (for a more round and smooth feel), our restorative paw pad therapy (which aids in moisturizing dry or cracked paw pads), a deep ear flush, and our dental package (which consists of our enzymatic tooth brushing and our dental rinse). We also have additional services which can be individually added to either of the above packages.

Yes, our professional groomers attend multiple trade shows and events to continue their learning in their field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I, like all my employees, have always worked with pets. Weather it be volunteering at the local shelter, working at veterinary clinics, grooming dogs/cats, rescuing/fostering, or working in boarding/daycare facilities; when one has a passion for pets, you see they will surround themselves as much as possible with them.
