- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are free and come in writing after a site visit, so you see the full price before the work starts. The price you approve is the price you pay, and anything extra you ask for gets its own written approval first. Most projects work with a deposit at signing and the balance at the final walkthrough.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call or message to set up a visit. On site, Chamba365 measures, takes photos and listens to what you want done. Then you get a written scope and price. Once you approve, the job gets scheduled and the work starts. It closes with a walkthrough together, photos of the finished job and a written warranty on labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA Construction certified, with day-to-day training in the field on active construction sites. Engineering degree, which is where the habit of measuring everything and putting it in writing comes from. Licensed work like electrical is done by licensed pros on every job that needs them.
