- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Each quote is unique. Pricing depends on the specifics of flower choice, quantities of flowers and whether they are needing reception pieces. Hence, the more you need, the less it will be, allowing me to buy in bigger bulk and saving you money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we start with a face to face consult. However, I have done many consults with out of town brides over the phone and through emails.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When you find something you really like, stop looking. Pinterest is a tremendous help but continuing to look will only confuse you, limiting you to make a decision on what you really like.
