- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive prices on all my services, quality always comes first. I do offer discounts if I do multiple services in one visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with people in person and do an estimate. I can do most estimates over the phone if you prefer. Once that's done and the estimate is excepted we get work knocked out as quick as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years experience cleaning gutters and windows.
