Honoring the estimate and doing the work. Owner kept making up excuses as to why he needed to postpone the project the last one was that he hurt his back! I call BS he gave me an estimate that he no longer wanted to honor! Wasted our time! I would not use him for anything. I also never got a formal estimate just an email not professional.
