Carlos and the team have done several projects for us and have always done a phenomenal job! I have worked with several contractors and done major and minor projects in my home. Carlos is my go-to guy for all projects, big and small. Not only does he listen carefully to the desires for the project, but he and the team always prep the area to protect our home and clean up the work area when the project is done. All our prices are negotiable with the clients assuring that our customer will get the lowest and most competitive quote. Customers get a very detailed and professional services without any fees. Additional work is done at a minimum charge making Five Partners pricing lower in comparison to the rest of the industry, without restricting the customer of quality and productive service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. First text communication scheduling appointment time to revise/assess work needed. 2. A total est. price is presented to client to eork pricing and services. When an agrerment is resched, a professional detailed work order is presented to the customer. A day to begin job is scheduled which is normally next day after negotiations are completed.
