Zach actually sent me an email on super bowl Sunday with an estimate and request for more information. My water heater had gone out and I'd had no water since Thursday....Monday morning Zach and I talked and he arrived promptly at 2 pm to install my new water heater. I was shown the receipts for everything and he charged me exactly what was agreed upon....which was $100 cheaper then the competition! Zach has a large stocked work truck, did not complain about needed to carry heavy things to my basement and hauled away the old water heater so I didn't have to deal with it. I would definitely recommend Zach Rotkin and have already started on a list of repairs I'd like to have him do at a later date.
