HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Our experience with Brent, Martin & Danielle was exceptional. Brent was professional and patient with each meeting. He listened and offered lots of options within our budget for our flooring needs. Martin & Danielle were professional installers. Each day they left the site clean and organized given that we were still living in the house during the renovation. They finished earlier than the estimated time.

Highly recommend this team. We had our hardwood floors refinished and they look like new now! They had great attention to detail with removing previous scratches and also filling in gaps between the boards/securing some squeaky boards. Brent and Norberto did a great job!

I was a first time home buyer and was fixes up multiple things with my house. I thought I could do the floors and I was wrong.Working with flooring international was wonderful. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will come to you, measure and bring a large selection of different flooring options (over 3000) for you to chose from. For most estimates we will provide you a down to the penny price on the spot. For some that may require additional input we will provide a written estimate within 24 hours.
We typically aren't the cheapest option because we only use high quality materials with warranties to help your floors last longer. We also strive to give you an amazing customer experience at such high levels we only employ the best installers and design team. We do have financing options available and with over 3000 samples available, we can work within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer the in-home shopping experience. One of our design associates will show up at your home with a van containing over 3000 samples. You will see larger samples in your own home with your own color schemes and lighting. Our experts will help you pick the perfect products for your long term happiness. Our goal is your long term happiness in your flooring!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the day of your in-home consultation, our Design Associates will travel to your location with our Mobile Flooring Showroom®. You will work directly with your team to design your ideal space. During the visit, they'll answer any questions, advise on the different aspects of each flooring product and explain specific installation requirements. They know all about:
