- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I find these types of projects are not standard. Every space is different and the items contained within require vastly differing disposal techniques. Therefore, I am happy to provide quotes once I have received information pertaining to the size of the space and what is contained within.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will usually request more information so I can be as accurate as possible in my quote. I will also give a few options, including my cell phone number, for contacting me so that the client can begin building trust and communication. Photos of the project really help me as I am a visual person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent a year as an AmeriCorps service member, serving with Habitat for Humanity. During that time, I learned not only basic construction, but had the opportunity to help rehab and stage several of their foreclosures (as part of their professional team).
